Ashtanga plus Retreat

    Venue: Ard Nahoo Eco Yoga retreat Centre
    Date : August Bank Holiday weekend  1st-3rd August
    Price : 315 euro
    This price includes 12 hours tuition, shared accommodation in the beautiful eco
    cabins, 3 meals on Friday, Sat and Sun.

    Extras: Jacuzzi hour. There is an outdoor jacuzzi, steam and detox box on site.
    These can be arranged separately at the cost of one hour for 20 euros and
    three for 50.
    Other extras are Ken's amazing rolfing skills. He will be doing treatments in
    between classes for those who wish.

    There are fully equipped kitchens and dining area in the eco cabins and so
    students can make their own brunches and snacks. There is also an on site
    organic shop that sells fresh organic breads, cakes and basic food stuffs like
    pasta etc.

Mysore style workshop with Manju Jois
Date: August 4th, 5th and 6th
Venue: The Yoga shala
Price: 150 euros for the 3 mornings
Times: 7 a.m.-10.a.m. daily
Priority will be given to students booking the three days, but it may be possible to do one or two days,
spaces pending.
