Our orientation is grounded in the eight limbs of
Hatha Yoga with emphasis on the teachings of
Krishnamacharya, Yoga Therapy, Ayurveda and
trans-rational philosophy/psychology. The
asana is a combination of Vinyasa and long
holdings of classic postures.   The emphasis is on
structural alignment, the psycho-physical effects
of asana on the mind and emotions, asana for
your dosha (Ayurvedic constitution),  and basic
yoga therapy illustrating how asana and
pranayama can help bring us into balance
physically, emotionally and spiritually.
